- Monetary value vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase from 2019.
- If purchased for a specific experience, e.g., Afternoon Tea, Spa Treatment, or Midweek bed & breakfast, this experience is available for 12 months from the issue date. After this period, the monetary value of the voucher will be valid for the remaining 4 years.
- All reservations must be made via telephone. Vouchers will not be accepted for bookings made online. The voucher number must be quoted at the reservation stage to confirm a booking.
- The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Any remaining balance on the gift card following the purchase of goods or services will stay on the gift card and can be applied toward future purchases, as long as the gift card is valid.
