What is the cancellation policy? 

A guest can cancel free of charge 48 hours in advance of arrival by 15:30 local time with no charge.

Credit Card Policy: 

A valid credit card is required at check-in for additional charges and as a security deposit for the room. Pre-authorization will be processed and released after check-out, depending on your bank’s policies. 

 

What time is check in & check out?  

Check in is from 4 pm & Check-out time is 11.00am. Guests who have booked directly with The G Hotel & Spa enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 12.30pm.


Can I check in early ? 

Yes, but we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, you can register & we can store your luggage & have it dropped up to your room 

 

Can I get a late check out? 

This is on a request basis only on check in at the hotel & subject to availability 

 

Can I store luggage? 

Yes, we can store your luggage for you, free of charge at our main reception desk 

 

What size beds are in each room type: 

All rooms king 5”0* 6”6 

 

Is there air-conditioning? 

Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning 

 

Do you have triple and quadruple rooms? 

We have both, triple and quadruple rooms available to book online ( Superior 2 Queen category). 

 

What is available in the room? 

Hairdryers: Yes 

Iron & Ironing board: Yes 

Minibar: No 

Mini Fridge: Yes 

 

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms? 

We have three wheelchair accessible rooms, grab rails in the bathroom, walk in shower. (Superior King)

Do you have parking? 

We have 2 options available for parking 

Valet Parking is €25  per vehicle per day. Pull up at the front entrance to The g hotel where you will be met by our concierge team who will take care of your car and luggage on arrival. 

Or we have complimentary onsite parking. To access this, please go behind the hotel to the Wellpark Retail Centre. Take the ramp for the underground parking, and follow the signs for our guest parking. There is a lift to our Reception area from the car park. 

 

Do we offer a laundry service? 

If you would like any laundry done while with us, there are laundry bags in your room which would need to be left outside your room prior to 7.00am. 

We then send it offsite to a company who return it the same day, evening time. 

Please note that there is no Sunday or Bank Holiday service. 

 

Is the hotel pet friendly? 

We accept Guide Dogs and emotional support dogs. 

 

Is it easy to get a taxi to or from the Hotel? 

If it is unavailable a member of the concierge or front desk team will be able to assist in arranging a taxi. 

 

Do you have an electric car charging facility 

The nearest charging point is at the Galway Retail Park 

 

Do you provide airport transfers? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer airport transfers. Please see the below websites for further information :

Do you have swimming pool? 

We do not have a swimming pool. 

We have a vitality pool, Hydro-pool with massaging water jet features available as part of the Thermal Suite Experience at an additional fee and pre-booking is essential. 

Must be over  18 year to use the vitality pool 

 

Spa 

Advance booking is essential by calling the hotel on 091 778462  or emailing the spa directly at ghotel_spa@leonardohotels.com 

All spa treatments & Thermal Suite Experience MUST be booked in advance 

 

What time is the spa open from and until?

From 10am until 6pm Sunday – Friday 

From 8am – 8pm Saturday 

 

Do I need to book to use the Thermal Suite? 

Advance booking is essential by emailing the spa at ghotel_spa@leonardohotels.com 

 

What age do I need to be to access the spa? 

Must be over 18 years  to avail of the Spa Facilities 

 
What are the Terms and Conditions for our Vouchers?

The G Hotel & Spa Gift Cards

  • Monetary value vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase from 2019.
  • If purchased for a specific experience, e.g., Afternoon Tea, Spa Treatment, or Midweek bed & breakfast, this experience is available for 12 months from the issue date. After this period, the monetary value of the voucher will be valid for the remaining 4 years.
  • All reservations must be made via telephone. Vouchers will not be accepted for bookings made online. The voucher number must be quoted at the reservation stage to confirm a booking.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or to use to purchase another voucher.
  • Any remaining balance on the gift card following the purchase of goods or services will stay on the gift card and can be applied toward future purchases, as long as the gift card is valid.
  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change.

 

Vouchers Purchased and Printed from The G Hotel & Spa Website

  • These vouchers are paper printouts and will have letters and numbers as the reference.
  • Monetary value vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue from 2019.
  • If purchased for a specific experience, e.g., Afternoon Tea or Midweek bed & breakfast, this experience is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, the remaining value will be valid for 4 more years.
  • All reservations must be made via telephone. Vouchers will not be accepted for bookings made online. The voucher number must be quoted at the reservation stage to confirm a booking.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Any remaining balance on the gift card following the purchase of goods or services will stay on the card and may be applied toward future purchases, as long as the card is valid.
  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change.

 

Complimentary Vouchers Given by The G Hotel & Spa (Competitions, Charity Donations, etc.)

  • These vouchers are paper and will have letters and numbers as the reference.
  • These vouchers are valid from Sunday to Thursday, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are not extended for any reason.
  • All reservations must be made via telephone. Vouchers will not be accepted for bookings made online. The voucher number must be quoted at the reservation stage to confirm a booking.
  • You must present your voucher upon arrival at the hotel, spa or restaurant.
  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
