A guest can cancel free of charge 48 hours in advance of arrival by 15:30 local time with no charge.

We have 2 options available for parking.
Valet Parking is €25 per vehicle per day. Pull up at the front entrance to The g hotel where you will be met by our concierge team who will take care of your car and luggage on arrival.
Or we have complimentary onsite parking. To access this, please go behind the hotel to the Wellpark Retail Centre. Take the ramp for the underground parking, and follow the signs for our guest parking. There is a lift to our Reception area from the car park.
If you would like any laundry done while with us, there are laundry bags in your room which would need to be left outside your room prior to 7.00am.
We then send it offsite to a company who return it the same day, evening time.
Please note that there is no Sunday or Bank Holiday service.
We do not have a swimming pool.
We have a vitality pool, Hydro-pool with massaging water jet features available as part of the Thermal Suite Experience at an additional fee and pre-booking is essential.
Must be over 18 year to use the vitality pool

Is it easy to get a taxi to or from the Hotel?
If it is unavailable a member of the concierge or front desk team will be able to assist in arranging a taxi.

The nearest bus stop to The g Hotel & Spa Galway is located directly outside the hotel on Dublin Road. This stop is served by several Bus Éireann routes, including 350, 404, 405, and 409, providing convenient access to various parts of Galway and beyond.
